All sales are final. Printed items cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders can only be cancelled before printing has begun. Orders that are cancelled before printing has begun will be charged a 25% restocking fee. We must be notified of any issues with your order within 30 days of receipt.

The print size, print colors, and garment colors in your digital mockups are simulated to the best of our ability. The final product may vary slightly due to the nature of our organic pigments and sustainable process. We use standard placements to ensure your prints will look appropriate on all body types. Due to the nature of printing on fabric, print placement can vary up to 1” in any direction. The print will be the same scale on all garments, and may look slightly larger or smaller depending on the garment size. By approving this mockup, you agree that all specs are correct. Once approved, Print Natural assumes no further responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested after approval. Thank you!
